These Terms govern your use of aibizflow.com and any services provided by A.I. BizFlow ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Our Services
We provide AI-powered call answering and messaging, website design and hosting, CRM and automation setup, and related marketing and operational services for businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, fees, and timeline for your engagement are defined in the written proposal, order form, or service agreement you sign with us. Where those documents conflict with these Terms, those documents control.
Fees and Payment
Most engagements include a one-time build fee plus a recurring monthly service fee. Build fees are due before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. Monthly fees are billed in advance and recur until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in your service agreement. Late payment may result in suspension of services.
Cancellation
You may cancel recurring services with written notice as specified in your service agreement. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not refund fees already paid or work already delivered. Upon cancellation, access to hosted systems, phone numbers, and automations we operate on your behalf may end.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information, content, and access needed for us to deliver the services.
- Ensure you have the rights to any content, logos, or materials you give us to use.
- Use the services lawfully, including complying with all applicable telemarketing, texting, email, recording, and consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
- Review and approve AI-generated responses and automated communications configured for your business.
AI-Generated Content
Our services use artificial intelligence to answer calls, send messages, and produce content. AI systems can make mistakes. We configure and test systems carefully, but we do not guarantee that every AI response will be accurate, complete, or appropriate in every situation. You remain responsible for the communications sent from your business.
No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, appointments, customers, or amount of revenue. Testimonials and examples on this site reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of results. Business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
Intellectual Property
We retain ownership of our proprietary systems, templates, workflows, and methods. You retain ownership of your business content, brand, and customer data. Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the deliverables built for your business for as long as your service agreement is active.
Third-Party Services
Our services rely on third-party platforms for telephony, messaging, hosting, and automation. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or failures of those platforms, though we will work in good faith to resolve issues.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
